Our Work

We began with a comprehensive energy and solar market evaluation tailored to Romania, including detailed studies on local solar energy pricing and feasibility assessments aimed at ensuring commercial viability for investors. We helped select an optimal site for the project, conducting on-site evaluations and energy production forecasts before the land purchase.

Our team assessed multiple EPC company proposals, reviewing technical and commercial aspects, ultimately guiding investors to the most suitable choice. Once an EPC contractor was chosen, we reviewed the power plant design and technical specifications. Since construction began, we have supervised and monitored all implementation and installation processes, addressing any potential flaws or issues. This has involved digital collaboration with teams in Romania, supplemented by regular site visits

We also manage supplier connections, negotiating for equipment and materials. Currently, we are exploring the addition of an energy storage system for the plant, evaluating various supplier options.
