A solar array that acts like a second roof.
Raised on an engineered substructure, the modules create a ventilated layer above the roof. They intercept direct sunlight before it reaches the building, which can reduce solar heat gain and cooling demand. Airflow beneath the array also helps limit module temperatures and supports performance in hot conditions.
Engineered as a complete rooftop system. A conventional PV array is not automatically waterproof. Structural capacity, wind uplift, roof sealing, drainage, fire access and maintenance clearances must be verified for each building.
